Randy Brooks
Lead Pastor
Having served GraceLife for over 2 decades Pastor Randy first joined the staff in 1987 when he served first as Youth Pastor then Associate Pastor until 1995. After serving as Lead Pastor of the Scottsdale Church of God from 1995-2000 Pastor Randy returned in 2001 as the Lead Pastor of GraceLife Church. His heart for people and passion for the Lord are obvious to everyone he meets.
Aaron Brooks
Families Pastor
Pastor Aaron joined the Staff at GraceLife as the Youth Pastor in 2014 and currently serves as the Families Pastor and oversees LifeGroups and Media.
Cary Studdard
Worship Pastor
Has served at GraceLife since 2018 as the Worship Pastor and not only oversees the worship teams but also the benevolence ministry of Joseph's Storehouse leading in the effort to feed the community.
Natan Marques
Youth Pastor
The newest member on staff Pastor Natan comes from Brazil and is leading the Student Ministries and developing The Learning Center to be able to teach language classes. Natan is Tri-lingual (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) allowing GraceLife to serve the needs of community around us.
Sheila Brooks
Children's Pastor
Leading Children to Jesus and loving them as her own, Ms. Sheila has been serving the families of GraceLife for decades. Her leadership and love for children is unquestionable and cannot be understated, she brings energy, creativity and most of all a Love for Jesus into every class.
Lauren Adams
Facilities Manager
Since joining the team Lauren has taken over the responsibilities of managing the properties, events and helps keep everything functioning at GraceLife. While her title may only include facilities she serves in any role you can imagine, leading multiple LifeGroups and throwing herself into every opportunity to serve she is an invaluable member of the team at GraceLife.
Melinda Helms
Church Secretary
Serving GraceLife many years now as Pastor's Secretary her role has expanded and her influence is felt throughout the organization. With her love for children she dedicates herself to the Pre-K through Kindergarten class every week and keeps the books and records up to date and things functioning around the office. Her love for Jesus is obvious in every situation, no matter how stressful.
